Pupil PC ratio in KVS improves from 53 to 22
Till October 2005, the Pupil PC ratio in KVS was 53:1. To promote I.C.T in Kendriya
Vidyalayas, sincere efforts are on since November, 2005 and in the meanwhile additional
computer labs have been setup and new computers have been procured. During the last
6 years and 01 month as many as 34,997 new computers have been installed in our computer
labs increasing the total number to 48,283. Consequently the Pupil PC ratio has
improved from 53:1 to 22:1 as on 31.12.2011. Our efforts are still on to build up
the computer infrastructure in KVS and to further improve the Pupil PC ratio in
the best interest of the students.
